Tried a variety of things, including switching filenames and entries in saves.ini with the auto-saves created by the game, nothing works. WebStart the game and choose 'new game'. Get to a checkpoint (It'll take a few mins, I know). Quit the game, and you'll notice it created a new save file in the orbit/46 folder.
