WebMission. The Mission of Refuge of Light is to provide a safe haven, redemptive rescue and restoration for sexually exploited female youth through advocacy, awareness and holistic care. WebRefuge of Light is a faith-based organization focused on providing a safe living space for young females aging out of the foster care system. The home can house up to 4-6 residents in a shared housing setting. The program is designed to serve female youth with a history of being trafficked, or who are at risk of being trafficked.
